Both Stephen and Steve were excellent in arranging our daughters new bedroom furniture and our new dinning set.

Our sofa arrived and the delivery lads Steve and Stephen on checking our access knew straightaway it wouldn’t fit…..they left us with our old sofa and organised a window company to arrange a date when the window could be removed and the new sofa to be passed through. The lads couldn’t have been more helpful and even though it took quite a while for the window and shutters to be removed they stayed on the job, placing the sofa just where we wanted it to go. Top marks to Stollers and their employees 😀

Brilliant service from Steve and Stephen and very helpfull

My elderly, disabled mother purchased a mobility chair from Stollers (as a special order) and paid a deposit of over £900. My mother had not consulted me before placing the order, and I subsequently determined — some two weeks later — that the chair she had chosen was not ideal for her needs, although it was functional. Stollers had not technically done anything wrong in selling it to her. After a little back and forth over the course of 24 hours, Stollers agreed to refund my mother in full and to take the special-order piece into stock. That deserves recognition, which is why I wanted to leave this review. Thank you to Aimee at Stollers — you were professional and courteous throughout. It was appreciated.

Great service friendly and efficient delivery. Fantastic sales person Jerry was knowledgeable and very helpful. She left us to browse the shop without any commitment. Couches we choose are very nice good quality and built well. Would recommend Strollers to others a great shop with such choice (too much lol 😂) but good quality at fair prices. We just had our new sofa delivered by Jonny & Steve. What a great job they did getting the sofa into the living room. Despite trying every angle possible, the front door entrance was too small, but they managed to get it in through the back gate, undamaged. Very polite and helpful men. We love our new sofa! We only popped into Stollers by chance a couple of days before going away on holiday. We have been looking for an adjustable bed without much success. Fortunately when we were looking at the Tempura beds Wayne was on hand to give us valuable time, knowledge and experience. He found us the perfect bed, especially for my wife (who has undergone 3 major back surgery procedures). Wayne was able to offer us an amazing deal on the bed and even threw in two of the Tempura soft pillows which was very generous and of course most welcome. We were having renovations in the house including the main bedroom and Wayne so very kindly extended our delivery time until we were ready for the delivery which was so helpful and reduced the stress to say the least. The bed was delivered by the excellent team of Dave & Steve. They were very polite, respectful and worked very quickly and effectively. Finally the piece de resistance as you would expect, and amazing night's sleep at last. I would definitely recommend Stollers for a number of reasons including the quality, choice, competitive prices and lastly but by no means least the outstanding customer service from start to finish. I would also recommend the cafe, the food and coffee are both excellent. Thank you to all the Stollers team. We will be back no doubt for the next purchase. S Jones

Absolutly love our new furniture we recieved today,unfortunaltly despite trying their hardest the lads couldnt get the sofa in,but im looking forward to seeing them again when they can get it in through the window. Both Stephen and Dave were fantastic and couldnt be more helpfull,and they were great with my dogs x 3 which is always a bonus👍👍😊

Purchased a beautiful sideboard which matched perfectly with my media wall. Chose the first available delivery slot which gave me 5 days to get organised at my end. The guys who brought it 'Stephen & Dave' were excellent, very efficient and very friendly. More than happy 😊 thank you.

A very positive experience. Kerry Pearson, the sales assistant was most helpful and patient while we chose the perfect colour fabric for my sofas. I would definitely shop there again. The delivery was faultless and i couldn’t be happier with my sofas. Thankyou Stollers and of course Kerry!

We bought a settee and chair from Stollers and are very happy with them. The shop experience was refreshing as we were given time to look without being pressured by sales people. Once we'd chosen our furniture we were expertly advised by Mr Stoller who answered our questions and offered a complimentary hot drink in their quirky cafe. Delivery was just two weeks and the items were carried in and assembled by Ste and Cory, both of whom were polite, friendly and respectful of our home and surroundings. A thoroughly pleasant experience throughout. Many thanks 😊
